Xian Mallory

Xian Mallory is Assistant Professor in the Department of Computer Science at Florida State University. Her research develops computational techniques for analyzing large biological data sets, with particular emphasis on cancer, genomic structural variation, and single-cell sequencing.
Her work draws upon combinatorial optimization, statistical inference, and machine learning to build tools for understanding biological processes and disease progression from genomic data.
